Bio:  Growing up in Parker, CO Dalton spent most of his life around volleyball which led to his passion in health and strength and conditioning as a lifestyle. After graduating from Long Beach State, one of the top division one schools for Men's Volleyball in the country, Dalton continued to grow and learn about the benefits of lifting weights, nutrition and exercise science. At Long Beach State he worked with top strength and conditioning coaches and studied history. Following graduation, Dalton continued pursuing his passion to compete and play volleyball at a high level and followed his dreams on to play professional volleyball, 2 years in Sweden and one year in Czech Republic. Being exposed to international sport only fueled his desire to continue learning more about exercise science and is now working on obtaining a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Assosciation (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioining Specialist (CSCS), and currently holds certifications from - United States Weightlifting (USAW) as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), A Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and Ready State Mobility Specialist.

"My determination and curiosity has me never turning down a challenge, or an opportunity for new experiences. Through my life as a high level athlete, I learned of the positive effects exercise can have on my own physical and psychological well-being, and I have a continual growing appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve. As a Sports Performance Coach, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body and mind is capable of. Building lasting relationships and helping others realize their potential in and beyond the weight room is what makes my job as a coach so enjoyable."
